    Refurbished? Was like brand new

    Great buy, love the machine. Front water tank access is more important than you think. Dispenser is more height adjustable than most. My other machine is a Gaggia Babila and uses the same brew mechanism, and that's good it shows a robust design. Pods are not the same as freshly ground beans, that makes the flavor noticeably more bold. Enjoy!

    Great Product, Wasn't Cleaned

    Really fantastic coffee maker. Unfortunately, the machine arrived very dirty with coffee grounds and grime from it's previous owner so I had to deep clean it first before use. Was very upset at this because I didn't know this before giving it as a gift to someone. The pictures make it look very clean, but this was not the case.

    a great coffeemaker, very versatile.

    this is a great coffee maker, the choices of espresso, coffee, americano and more keep me busy trying to decide. no more pod cups for me, i am getting coffee with freshly ground beans every time i press the button. i had the chance to learn most of its operations before i got it because i used the one my son had when i visited him. after a couple of days using that, i ordered this one for myself. it is great. purchased as reconditioned but it was like brand spanking new. i am enjoying it every day. the seller was great also.

    Great Coffee machine and great price on Ebay

    Great Product. It's a breeze to make coffee. Only issue is the amount of water used up the system for cleaning itself. But I guess that's how it runs flawlessly. The coffee tastes good! :)

    Great coffee

    Professional grade espresso drinks at home for a fraction of the cost of other machines. Phillips actually owns the other espresso machine major brands. So you will find the same internal components without over paying for a particular brand. Great product. Has been a wonderful edition to our household.
