Books were as described. My issue was with the seller stating that shipping was USPS Priority and then shipping media mail. When asked, seller stated that Priority cost way more and I would have to pay it. It does cost more (about $14), but the point is it is what you stated as your shipping. It is part of the overall package when weighing one seller versus another. Some sellers offer free Priority shipping! He had the chance to fix it, but he refused, hence the 'neutral' rating.
