I exchanged many e mails with the seller and the communication was good. Assured me that the item was insured and I should file a damage claim with the post office. Tried to file claim but the postmaster informed me that the seller who is the insured could file the claim. No further response! No returns accepted!

    i have used classic match on and off for the last 10 or so years,i only stopped using it when I could not buy it in Australia I had to use obsession it is good but not as good as classic match.
