Good seller with fast shipping, especially with the size of the item. Bike was expertly packed and arrived in good condition. Only reason not 5 stars is that there were some scratches on the frame and rear derailleur. It is a used bike, so that was too be expected, but I wish there would have been pictures of those scratches prior to purchase. I still would have bought, but it was an unwelcome surprise when unboxing. Overall great experience, would purchase from them again.
