Bought snowpants. Arrived damaged. The waist band on both sides were cut, then sewn back together. Never pointed out in pictures or description. "Sewn in one spot" figured it was something really small. She tried offering a refund, I declined. Told me to start a return through ebay. I did. She let max time go by so ebay granted it. Now I see this is a pattern in her feedback. 1 in 10 feedback states shipping damaged goods, without disclosure. My first negative feedback ever give. Buyer Beware
