Flute was not new as described, keys needed to be repaired. Seller was responsive to messages, but not really helpful when it came to repairing it. We couldn't explain the issue other than it did not play certain keys. So here we are with a not so new flute that kinda plays. It would have been nice to receive a replacement or discount for this inconvenience. Item was shipped fast, the case did come broken as well.
