The seller was pleasant, but I was totally outdone with the way the item was packaged to be shipped Spend good money for shipping and it arrived in a weak brown box with only thin brown paper protecting it. No bubble wrap nor padding was used to buffer this fragile sculpture for its travels. Of course it arrived in damaged beyond repair in a hundred pieces. I was refunded and an apology was given, but what a disappointment.
