In the context of the operation and lifetime extension of power plants (in Belgium and abroad), a lot of equipment have to be replaced and will be found obsolete. Suitable replacements have to be found and tested to conform to nuclear qualification requirements. Lifetime extension plans have to be defined to demonstrate the capacity of the equipment to go beyond their original lifetime. Furthermore, design upgrade projects required qualification of components to guarantee the safe operation of the plant.

Your job as Hardware Qualification Engineer will consist of:

• Support to the utilities for the identification of obsolete components (through various methods including: contacts with the original supplier, stock analysis, etc.);
• Managing contacts with the suppliers to evaluate alternative solutions;
• Evaluating possible options for re-stocking; 
• Research of substitute products for obsolete equipment;
• Validate design changes between original and current equipment regarding nuclear safety;
• Drafting of specifications and technical requisition files for purchasing of Instrumentation equipment;
• Follow-up of factory acceptance test and examination of manufacturer records;
• Meeting experts assigned by Suppliers, Client, Safety Authority...

Als Project Manager Nuclear beheer en monitor je het ontwerp en/of de uitvoering van onze nucleaire  ontmantelingsprojecten.  Je stelt de ontwerp- en investeringsbudgetten op en consolideert deze voor het project als geheel. Je bepaalt de globale tijdsplanning, je controleert de geleverde diensten voor het project en je bewaakt de voortgang op het vlak van het halen van de oplevertermijnen alsook de verwachte rentabiliteit.

Missions

Le chef de projet est la tête de pont de l’organisation Tractebel et l’interface privilégiée du/des managers de lots d’EDF DIPDE. Il est également le manager opérationnel des Ingénieurs Projets, des leaders thématiques et des Chargés d’Etudes qui interviennent dans le périmètre de son projet. Il intervient en amont, pendant et après la réalisation du projet.

Missions

• En amont de la signature de l’affaire :

  • Il pilote la phase de réponse à appel d’offre (rédaction des offres techniques et commerciales, revues d’offres, suivi de la réception de la commande…),

  • Il identifie les risques et les trace (techniques, planning, ressources, interfaces, capacité TE et cotraitants ou sous-traitants…),

  • Il est le garant de la bonne affectation des ressources et du pilotage des sous-traitants,

  • Il intègre l’affaire sur planisware (création du projet, budget, dépenses, sous-traitance, plan de charge, plan de facturation…) en s’appuyant sur le leader le cas échéant,

  • Il alerte le client en cas de risque identifié (décalage planning, surcharge non estimée à revaloriser, risque technique/stratégie projet..) et ce le plus tôt possible (en cas de risque financier et contractuel, le chef de projet prévient le directeur de projet en amont).

• Au démarrage et tout au long du projet :

  • Il est le responsable opérationnel, contractuel, qualité et de rentabilité financière de son projet,

  • Il accompagne et fait monter en compétences les IP et CE sur leurs affaires (fiche de cadrage, process d’intégration PIAT610, données d’entrées de l’affaire, organisation de la réunion d’enclenchement…),

  • Il participe aux instances projets EDF (Copil de lot / Copil projet mensuels, cotech et RAA) et internes TRACTEBEL (réunions d’équipes, réunions plan de charge, revues financières…)

  • Il sait proposer et faire évoluer l’organisation de son équipe afin d’optimiser la gestion de son projet (capacité à affecter différemment les ressources, à faire évoluer leur charge par exemple),

• Il est acteur du développement des activités EDF pour Tractebel :

  • Il est force de proposition auprès de l’ensemble des équipes pour améliorer l’organisation et le développement de l’activité au sein de l’équipe,

  • Il s’assure de réaliser le reporting nécessaire auprès du Directeur de

  • Il participe aux entretiens de recrutement (interne et externe),

  • Il peut être amené à réaliser des entretiens annuels et de périodes d’essais de ses ingénieurs projets,

Profil

• Pour mener à bien ces missions le chef de projet doit :
  • Être un leader ;
  • Connaitre le scope de son projet et de ses affaires, le respecter et le faire respecter ;
  • Impliquer et responsabiliser les équipes ;
  • Partager ses idées et son REX auprès de l’ensemble des chefs de projets afin de faire progresser toutes les équipes,
  • Être rigoureux et organisé ;
  • Relancer les acteurs (internes et externes) afin qu’ils respectent leurs engagements ;
  • Tracer par écrits au maximum et escaler pour remonter le problème au bon niveau de hiérarchie (avec le support du directeur de projet).

Wir suchen einen dynamischen und vielseitigen Communications Officer (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion sind Sie maßgeblich für interne und externe Kommunikationsaktivitäten in Deutschland und unterstützend weltweit für den Geschäftsbereich Global Power von Tractebel verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten hierbei eng mit dem Global Head of Communications und dem CEO von Tractebel Engineering GmbH zusammen. 

IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH:

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Team um Kommunikationen entsprechend der Vorgaben von Tractebel zu veröffentlichen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitern um wichtige Erfolge und Neuigkeiten intern und extern zu kommunizieren
• Einführung globaler Kommunikationsinitiativen auf Deutschlandebene und Anpassung der Inhalte an unsere lokalen Anforderungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit HR um Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur transparent und erfolgreich zu gestalten
• Planung und Durchführung unternehmensweiter Veranstaltungen (Town Halls, Webinare, Mitarbeiterpartys und Jobmessen)
• Verwalten Sie die deutsche Version der globalen Website von Tractebel
• Förderung der Social-Media-Präsenz durch Erstellung von Inhalten mit Bezug zum Geschäftsbereich Global Power und Tractebel in Deutschland - motivieren Sie unsere Mitarbeiter gemeinsam aktiver zu werden auf Social-Media-Plattformen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation externer Veranstaltungen wie Messen und Konferenzen
