The article is exactly as described and I am more than satisfied about it BUT the seller had to ship it twice as it first landed in the UK (knowing that I really don't live there and it isn't really around the corner for us either...). Anyhow good service, sometimes a little frustrating, but it all worked out :)

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP!!!! You will NEVER get your order. They will print your shipping order right away so you think it is being shipped. You will never get a tracking number and they will never ship it. I have written to them several times and they always say to give them one more day. I have complained to Pay Pal as well and I will still never get the copper water dispenser that I paid for. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULANT!!!!!! Look at their other reviews and you will see many other people who never even got tracking numbers like me. They should be banned from ETSY
