Jasmine was very communicative as soon as I put the order in to let me know shipping would be a couple days delayed due to her being out of town. She also informed me once the items were shipped and let me know to expect 2 separate packages, at no extra shipping cost to me. Each item was packaged very carefully and thoroughly, and although one bowl was broken when I unwrapped it I know it was because of the post office and not poor packaging.
