Due to the delicate nature of some of the items we sell (Bone China), our postage costs are estimated.
Until we are completely satisfied your order has been packaged to our high standard we never quite sure of the shipping & packaging costs for each individual item.
Any excess postage charges will always be refunded after dispatch.
