I pride myself in packing my stones so they will not be damaged during the shipping process. It has only happened three times since being active on etsy. Last updated 11/2.

I have found that people have been abusing my original return policy.

Unfortunately, I am not amazon and when folks get a package, then decided they cannot afford or no longer want the item it directly effects me. Physical rock shops do not accept returns. Happy to field questions on this manner at any time.

I take photos from multiple angles to show the piece. If you would like more information or photos of a stone, send me a message and I'm happy to work with you.

I started flint Knapping (making stone tools) in 2011. It has led me on an interesting journey and changed my relationship with stones over time.

I found my self wanting to try new material and the need was created to educate myself around different types of material that has high silica content.

Now, I still primarily knapp and get invited to see collections. I trade and buy interesting pieces. Usually I enjoy things for a bit and put them on etsy after a while!

If I have misidentified a rock I am happy to hear your feedback. I'm still learning, rock knowledge is a life long journey!

If you feel I have incorrectly identified something I sold you, or have a rock that is mislabeled on my Etsy, I would like to hear your feedback. I do not claim to know it all and I am transparent with stones I am unsure about!

As per EU law I will accept exchanges up to 14 days.
USA- I do not accept refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

Conditions:
Buyer pays shipping both ways to get a refund.
Buyer pays listing and advertising fees for item returned.
Buyer pays 20% of item resisting fee, for taking the time to ship, ship back to me, and re-list the item.
Refund is not sent until the item has arrived back to me.

Full refund provided if the item arrives damaged.
