Digital downloads are sent immediately by Etsy to your email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder if you did not receive one. Downloads can also be accessed at

If you did not receive the email from Etsy for some reason, you can also download your digital file by going to your Etsy account on a website browser (this cannot be done in the ETSY app). Click on "Purchases and Reviews." Find the order for the digital file and click on "Download Files." The files should then begin to download automatically.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on our digital instant downloads due to the digital nature of the product. However, if you have any issues with your product, please contact us for further assistance.

We are happy to try and accommodate customization requests when we are able. Please note, there will be an up-charge for customization. All items downloaded can be printed on your home printer. If you wish for better quality there are a variety of print shops available both online and local. Such as Vistaprint, Kinkos, FedEx or OfficeMax.

Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in printers and ink used during the printing process. The design's appearance on the final printed product may differ from the digital previews.

For products described in their product descriptions as a "Canva template" - you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro versions of these accounts. Please note, not all of our products are Canva templates, please refer to each specific product description to clarify the type of digital download being purchased prior to purchase

Our products are solely digital in nature. There are no physical items that will be shipped with your purchase.

Under no circumstances can the product or it's contents be utilized for commercial use, resale or redistribution. These files strictly are for personal use only. This means, 1 product purchase per person. All products and designs are intellectual property of TML DESIGN. Misuse of our products and designs will result in legal action.
