Had a horrible time after purchasing this clock that never existed. Poor communication with seller, who tried to pawn off the issue on his brother who sells things and I had to ask for a refund! This seller didn't offer to refund me right away. Very disappointed and makes me not trust Etsy at all because they don't really step in on behalf of the buyer. I had to contact my bank to have them help me. Finally this guy refunded me but left me feeling very frustrated!! He and his brother ALSO posted this clock on EBay for more money!! Scam.
