Gille, Shullsburg, Gertrude "Erlene" (Bernard) McKenna, Monroe, Kenneth E. (Janice) Gille, New London, David F. Gille, Arizona, Darrell B. (Carol) Gille, Argyle, Judy (Wayne) Mau, Edgerton, and Nola Jean (Terry) Haldiman, South Wayne; his daughter in law, Patsy Gille, South Wayne; 33 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; a sister, Louella Karis, Freeport; and a brother, Robert (Helen) Gille, Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Randall E. Gille; four sisters, Leona M. Stietz, Mary Wand, Gertrude Winslow, and Florence Knudson; two brothers, Edward and Roy Gille; a great granddaughter; and a great great grandson.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, February 26, 1997, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Gratiot, with Father Jerold F. Fitzpatrick officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 until 9 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 1997, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Gratiot, where a rosary service will be held at 8 pm. Friends may also call after 9:30 am on Wednesday at the church. The Steil Camacho Funeral Home, Darlington, is serving the family.
