Patrick J. Huyck, 56, of Omaha, passed away March 8, 2006.

He was born Sept. 21, 1949, in Council Bluffs to James and Barbara (Flack) Huyck. A 1967 graduate of St. Albert High School, Pat worked as a meat cutter and transportation manager for Skylark Meats. Pat married Colleen Ryan in 1972 and were married for 32 years before her passing in 2005.

He is also preceded in death by his mother, Barbara, and son, Ryan Patrick.

Survivors include father, James, of Council Bluffs; daughters, Molly, Emily, Kelsey and son, Tim, all of Omaha; brothers, James and wife, Juli, of Perry, Dennis and wife, Tami, of Charlottsville, Va., John and wife, Charlotte, of Council Bluffs and Tom and wife, Lori, of Valley, Neb.; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. with Wake Service to follow at 5 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Mary Our Queen Church in Omaha. Burial will be in Weston, Iowa, with luncheon to follow at church.
