Ochroconis (Verruconis) gallopava on culture and microscopy
Middle age patient with chronic cough and progressive SOB. CT scan shows tree in bud nodules.  BAL performed . Fungal Cx shown.
Can you guess the mold/mould?
This was Ochroconis (Verruconis) gallopava 
A dematiaceous mold which produces a dark pigment which characteristically diffuses into the agar.
The condia are two-celled and club shaped.
