Words simply cannot express how saddened we are that you're not with us anymore. Uncle Pierre, you faced so many challenges in life with such determination, strength, & courage! You were knocked down and got right back up. That in itself is such an admirable quality as well as an inspiration to all of us. I enjoyed our conversations. You would share your future plans with me of wanting to move down south and live on a farm, growing your own vegetables, & playing guitar. Simply enjoying that peaceful life. I also remember how excited you were to buy my daughter her own fishing pole and how you planned to take her fishing for the first time. You even had those poles set up and ready to go in your house. Unfortunately, we never got that opportunity because of this giant battle you were facing. I wish we could have, but I promise I will take her fishing with that pole in honor of you. Even with how sick you were feeling, you pushed yourself to plant a vegetable garden and I remember how happy you were to show Jacqueline that garden. Our hearts are sad that you had to leave is, but God had plans for you. Uncle Pierre, we love and miss you dearly. Your treasured memories will forever live in our hearts 💙 Rest in peace 💙
