Ann Somers Hogg is the AVP of Strategy and Transformation at Atrium Health. In her role, she partners with executive leaders to craft the organization’s long-term Enterprise strategy and executes against key strategic priorities. She leads strategic insights development, scanning the environment to proactively identify emerging opportunities and disruptive trends, which inform enterprise and business strategies. Prior to this role, she worked in Atrium Health’s Innovation Engine, designing and developing alternative primary and on-demand care models to accelerate the shift towards value. Before joining Atrium Health, Ann Somers worked for Oliver Wyman, focusing on strategy development and implementation of value-based care models for health insurers. She earned a certificate in disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in health policy and management from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.
