The Dynasty Museum
Built in 1776-1777 on the site of the former ducal palace, the Belle-Vue Hotel was initially a residence for rich travellers. Bought at the beginning of the XX century by the Crown Foundation, it was integrated in the building complex of the new royal palace and accommodated various members of the royal family. Today, after a recent renovation, this elegant classical building, designed according to the architectural principles prescribed for the entire Royal Square, features collections recounting the history of the Belgian royal family from 1831 until today, as well as the King Baudouin Memorial dedicated more specifically to this monarch.
