Grease Away, from Omni Containment Systems, is a biodegradable grease emulsifier designed to neutralize, break down, and dissolve fat based grease and oils that are discharged from hood uplast fans and left on restaurant rooftops. Grease Away also works for grease spills in grease dumpster enclosure areas.

After installing a rooftop grease protection system to contain grease discharge from your upblast fan, sprinkle Grease Away on the grease saturated areas. Within a week, the harmless by-product of grease can be rinsed away by a hose or washed away with the next rainfall. GreaseAway turns acidic grease into a base which has a safe PH level and is environmentally approved by the EPA.
