Based on others' experience and photos I personally would choose Colette, but nothing are beautiful.

In my yard, I have had Ginger Syllabub for about 5 years and I've never gotten a photo of a bloom. I think it has bloomed, but it's a pretty wimpy rose in general. The color as I can recall is mostly a blush apricot cream when I've noticed a bloom, so I don't think it's the best fit if you're looking for an apricot rose. Polka might stay that color more effectively with fully double blooms than Ginger Syllabub.

Colette blooms reliably for me and in warmer zones it can be quite impressive. Diane in Idaho (zone 7) has some photos of Colette that knock your socks off. It's a rose with clean foliage and good rebloom and I think a good rose for your climate.

Eden is an interesting rose to ponder as a bush - I'll be curious to see what others say. She would have the stiff canes that are handy in a self-supporting bush, but at least in my zone she wants to get a certain height before she blooms. In my yard, she only blooms on old wood and since she frequently dies to the ground each winter she has only bloomed maybe 2 of the last 8 years. Being pruned to the ground would lead to a bush-shaped rose rather than a climber you'd think, but I've never seen her happily stay at a bush height. She might stand alone fine for you but my guess is that if she's happy doing this in your zone she'd be big.

Photos do not do Colette justice; I couldn't believe my eyes when the first bloom opened with gorgeous silky peach petals that gradually turned pink, outstanding.

My Colette started blooming about May 26, and she's been through near 100F weather on several days, plus a giant windstorm last night. It's been a rough spring. Actually, we go from winter to summer with little in between. Colette's biggest plus is her cold hardiness and massive spring show. She pops blooms randomly all summer, but nothing big, and then picks up blooming a little more in fall. Our summers are scorchers, and frankly, most roses are better off resting than trying to bloom.
