Ivy Wasp Grabber (Leopoldius signatus) It&#039;s easy to see why this very convincing wasp mimic might be under recorded as it skulks among the throng of Common Wasps swarming over flowering Ivy, the sight of which is hypnotic at the best of times.<br />

I was probably fortunate to spot it myself.<br />

Watch it close up, feeding on its favoured plant in my garden.<br />
