Ludwig (Louis) Neefs (born Ludwig Neefs, 8 August 1937, Gierle - died 25 December 1980, Lier) was a Belgian singer.
Neefs was studying for technical artist at the Technical School in Mechelen when his talent was discovered and he learned how to play the guitar. At the end of the 50s he became the leadsinger of the band Sun Spots, he did a couple of shows with this band and performed at talent shows.

Jacques Kluger and Bobbejaan Schoepen got Neefs a record deal, songs like Anita my love, Ach Margrietje and Ein kleines Kompliment were the result of this.

Neefs was killed in a road accident in Lier on 25 December 1980, aged 43. His wife Liliane also died in the accident. They had two sons, Ludwig Neefs and Gunther Neefs the latter is also a well-known singer in Belgium.
On 5 August 2007, a bust of Neefs was unveiled in his hometown of Gierle to honour what would have been his 70th birthday.

Laat ons een bloem by Neefs was awarded the title of the most beautiful Dutch song ever.
