Private Equity firm Mutares to acquire Stuart from Geopost. Stuart focuses primarily on urban instant delivery. Think food and grocery segment. Sales of 400M Euros across 100 cities in Europe in 2022. Mutares states that it looks for "companies in difficult situations". So you can read what you want in that statement.
