Today the oil and gas business is ultra compartmentalized...The Geologist then the Title person and the Leasing Agents being subcontracted by the Landmen Brokers that never own or profit from one single drop of oil or gas and are NOT truly IN THE OIL business. They just up charge the oil company profiteering from the userery of the skills of the Title people that in true actuallity make the money for the Operator that will produce the oil and sell it at market. All this CONVOLUTED dust settles and the oil lease is signed by the mineral owner and the well gets drilled then produces. The black gold gets sold and overly divided into all those undeserving and un-needed pockets of the above mentioned. I accept this fact as there is some reason and benefit from this.. But the benefit is not for the Landman. It's for the broker and big oil. I saw the bigger picture after 7 years of working for micromanaging land brokers and decided to cut through their bullshit and break out on my own buying my own leases and minerals with a partner. Some Landmen are perfectly happy with their horse blinders on at 300 dollars a day with 300 more going into the Brokers pocket, keeping their ear buds in and eyes closely trained on only their mere section assignment being the lapdog of a brokerage taking their cut out of their pay, but not from one drop of oil. I am IN the OIL business. Not a puppet to a land company like TS DUDLEY who if they want to say they are in the oil and gas business they truly are NOT. They like many other brokers are merely parasitic talent headhunters that further the compartmentalization of the business that keeps the TRUE AMERICAN CAPITALIST that wants a true piece of the oil attempt from getting it and and are a micromanaging joke. I am the fly in the ointment and I will continue to be AND YOU CANT STOP ME. I will succeed and as Daniel Plainview said in the film "There Will Be Blood" .....and.....I WILL DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE.

Understand the "RISKS"! Before i go into details, i would love to ask this questions, and everyone is warmly welcome to answer them: 1. What is the purpose of CCC/CRM? 2. Do you need to know all this before you start to work in the mining, quarrying, or construction industries? 3. What tasks require a CCC? 4. If you have all your controls in place while working and then you see a deviation, what must you do? 5. As an experienced professional, is SWP, TAKE5, SLAM, JSA/JHA, WORKSAFE, et al.'s checklist really important to fill out before the commencement of a task? 6. Why is it that we don't have a psychological safety icon on the list? 7. If I already know the risks of the task I am performing, do I even need a risk assessment? 8. Why do all mining firms doing the same jobs have a different SWP or SOP? The questions are plenty, but please emphasize on the above....
