It is just mind-blowing how specialized the industry solutions are, such as Financial Service Operations. Out-of-the box there are already so many useful functionalities to streamline the services banks offer to their customers, such as workflows for loan operations.
💎 Of course Engagement messenger and Playbooks were there already. We should discuss these gems more often.
