Finally done - we are Paragon! When we started out in early 2022, we had a vision. Realizing this vision over the last 1 ½ years was the most rewarding experience of our professional lives. And sharing our vision with the world now is certainly the highlight of our careers. Building up and giving shape to Paragon was a challenge – but a joyful challenge that we loved to take on and that we are excited to continue. We hit the ground running, blessed with major case work. It was an exciting experience to oscillate between ensuring our clients’ success in complex cross-border disputes during the day while moonlighting as the architects and builders of our professional dream. As our beginnings coincided with the tail-end of a global pandemic and fell smack in the middle of the ensuing supply chain disruptions, finding and fitting out offices that reflect the passion, spirit, and quality of our work also took some time. But this too was time well invested, and we could not be happier to have found the perfect space that we now call our professional home. What we loved most, however, over the last 1 ½ years, was assembling a high-caliber team that shares our enthusiasm for what we do and our dedication to providing services that are second to none. Our team is driven not only by professionalism and aspiration, however, but, most importantly, by a spirit of mutual appreciation and friendship. This is what is most precious to us about Paragon. And this is why we thoroughly enjoy our work every day. We have big plans for Paragon in the months and years to come. And we can’t wait to embark on the next chapters of our journey. And in order to work with people from different cultural groups effectively, you will need to build sturdy and caring relationships based on trust, understanding, and shared goals. Regardless of your racial, ethnic, religious, or socioeconomic group, you will probably need to establish relationships with people whose group you may know very little about. In our World today there are an estimated 474.7 million native Spanish speakers and about 100 million second and foreign language speakers around the world as of 2022, totaling 574 million Hispanophones in total. This makes Spanish the second most natively spoken language and fourth most spoken language overall globally.
