The annual Forbes Celebrity 100 list has some hot new blood.

Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart staked out first-ever spots on the venerable ranking of the world’s most powerful celebrities, eclipsing heavyweights like Sarah Jessica Parker and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The vampire and his on-screen vixen debuted at No. 50 and No. 66 respectively with earnings of $17 million and $12 million. Parker and Combs both slid into the bottom third.

“Poker Face” singer Lady Gaga made a winning entree in fourth place, proving her wacky wardrobe, non-stop touring and controversial antics translate to dance hit gold.

Gaga earned an estimated $62 million in the last year and topped the new “social networking” metric that Forbes added to its calculations.

Talk TV titan Oprah Winfrey reclaimed her top spot from actress and tabloid temptress Angelina Jolie, bagging an eye-popping $315 million from her media empire.

Director James Cameron returned to the list for the first time since 1999, ranking third behind singer Beyonce Knowles with his $210 million “Avatar” box-office bonanza.

Remarkably, Tiger Woods didn’t budge from his No. 5 position despite the shocking sex scandal that rocked his personal and professional lives.

The disgraced golfer pulled in $105 million, down only slightly from the $110 million reported on last year’s list.

“A lot of his money is coming from deals that are hold-overs. Sure Accenture dropped him, but there are still companies like EA and Nike that are using him,” explained Forbes writer Dorothy Pomerantz, a co-editor of the list. “We took out all the bad publicity from our calculation, and he still got enough publicity to land him as the top sports figure on our list.”

Actress Sandra Bullock rocketed to eighth place from No. 92 based on the stunning success of “The Proposal” and “The Blind Side,” an Academy Award and her high-profile split from cheating hubby Jesse James.

The list’s other newcomers were late-night host Conan O’Brien (No. 51), the Black Eyed Peas (No. 16), actor Robert Downey Jr. (No. 73) and comedian Chelsea Handler (No. 98).

President Obama, musician Kanye West and TV host Jon Stewart dropped off the list completely.
