The medium one is for what height and weight?

Answer: The medium frame has a maximum working load of 160 pounds. The height of the user isn't as important so much as the inside leg length, i.e. how far the leg reaches while extended. The medium frame advertises a recommended inside leg length of 22-28 inches to ensure the user's feet comfortably reach the pedals as they ride. I will attach the manual for the bike, as it contains a bevy of other information you might find useful.
