Alain Leduc is a resonating speaker, crazy passionate about creativity and Innovation for more than 25 years. After 15 years of marketing management, he launched Creativores (consultancy company) in 2008 with a clear will to stand out.
He studied Creativity and Innovation at University of Psychology (Paris) and he is graduated in International Marketing Management from HEC (Brussels).

Inmiddels ken ik Esther al ruim een jaar en heb ik een goed beeld kunnen krijgen van de wijze waarop Esther haar opdrachten werkzaamheden verricht.
Esther heeft een geweldige en benoemingswaardige drive en positieve uitstraling en is bovenal een zeer prettig mens om mee samen te werken. Esther heeft voelsprieten voor de organisatiesensitiviteit en zij heeft het als kunst verheven om de juiste balans te vinden tussen het zakelijke en menselijke aspect. Altijd is de toon juist en de boodschap opbouwend. In het HagaZiekenhuis heeft Esther bewezen snel de mensen aan zich te kunnen binden. Dit is gezien het veranderingsproces en de beperkte beschikbaarheid een enorme prestatie. Esther heeft samen met haar naaste collega’s een goede invloed gehad op het verder ontwikkelen van de hotelteams.
Daarnaast is Esther een kei in het trainen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers op alle niveaus. Persoonlijke ontwikkelplannen, coahingstraject en gastvrijheidstrainingen zijn maar enkele voorbeelden uit het opleiding pallet wat Esther onze organisatie heeft gekozen. Voor mij persoonlijk is Esther een fijne collega, met wie je prettig kan praten en brainstormen over allerlei ontwikkelingen. Adviezen liggen ook veelal in de lijn van verwachtingen.
