Description
This unit concludes the study of the passé composé by having students distinguish between using AVOIR and ETRE as the auxiliary verb. It also presents the use of direct object pronouns in the passé composé.

In lieu of a traditional assessment I have my students complete a story book about themselves. By this unit we have already studied the present and imperfect tenses and have created pages using these tenses. In this unit I have my students focus on their imperfect tense sentences and provide a detail using the passé composé. Instructions and rubrics are included for this project.
