C'est la Saint-Patrick! This fun French Emergent Reader is a great addition to your Saint Patrick's Day activities! The book allows students to practice basic prepositions in a fun and engaging way!
"Où est le farfadet?" features a leprechaun in a variety of Saint Patrick's Day themed poses and introduces or reviews the basic prepositions of place.
Basic prepositions used in this reader are: sur, sous, dans, devant, derrière, à côté de, entre
Included in this resource:
- Big Book (in colour and black and white) - You can laminate and bind the pages to make and share the story. I like to add the book to our class library.
- Half Page Version of Story with full text and images - Students can use this to take home, as a colouring book or booklet for their own personal book boxes.
- Half Page Version of the Story with cut and paste pictures to recreate the story. Students need to read the text and glue the leprechaun to the correct place on each page.
- Class Book Activity - includes colour and black and white title page and writing paper. Students can draw a leprechaun and write a sentence to go with their picture.
