Description
This set of well-known composers of orchestral string music runs the spectrum from Baroque through Twentieth-century. All PDFs are printable on standard 8½ x11 copy paper. I highly recommend laminating these before hanging them. The years should be cut out in horizontal strips and pieced together to form the timeline. The era labels can also be cut out and mounted above or below the timeline. There are many overlaps with the composers’ dates, so I recommend either mounting them above and below the timeline in alternating fashion or in one long line chronologically by birth year. Works for music classrooms with kids of ALL sizes!
