Preparation

    • Microwave Microwave
  • Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
  • From Frozen State:
  • 1. Remove brisket from packaging.
  • 2. Place in a microwave-safe dish and cover.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
  • 4. Remove cover and turn over brisket.
  • 5. Cover and microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes.
  • 6. Remove cover, loosen and separate slices.
  • 7. Cover and microwave on high for 2 - 2 1/4 minutes.
  • 8. Let stand covered for 3 minutes. Stir before serving.
  • Note: Covered time is important to maintain tenderness.


  • From Thawed State:
  • Thaw sealed package in refrigerator overnight.
  • 1. Remove brisket from packaging.
  • 2. Place in a microwave-safe dish and cover.
  • 3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Remove cover, turn over brisket, and loosen and separate slices.
  • 5. Cover and microwave on high for 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 minutes.
  • 6. Let stand covered for 3 minutes. Stir before serving.
  • Note: Covered time is important to maintain tenderness.

  • Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

  • 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan on high heat.
  • 2. Place 1 unopened pouch into boiling water.
  • 3. Heat for 32 - 33 minutes.
  • 4. Remove pouch from water and let stand 1 minute.
  • CAUTION: Handle pouch carefully, contents of pouch are extremely hot!

  • 2. Place into a slow cooker, cover and cook on high heat.
  • 3. Cook 1 pouch for 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 hours until heated through.
