Fadel's Food Service Equipment & Supplies

First, I've shopped with them since the late 1970s. Second, I love the family that runs it. If Shea isn't there, the Mom is. Last time, I met Cody who is not a Fadel, and was a great help. They don't have everything, but what they have is professional quality. I have a lifetime warranty on my stainless pots and saucepans. When one began leaking after 10 years, they ordered another from the company and replaced it. I visited Williams-Sonoma to see what they had in cutting boards, and it was a joke! No John Boos but their own brand; the nice lady there was more interested in serving coffee to another customer (lady from Myers Park?) than in helping me. I went to Fadel's, got my cutting board, got some replacements in serrated Victorinox paring knives, got some slotted spoons for stock, and was out in a flash. Free parking, too.
