Güssow konstatierte, daß es sich um eine neue Gattung handelt. Der Parasit bildet auf den Blättern eckige bis rundliche, erst kleine, dann schnell sich verbreitende Flecken von weißlicher Färbung. Die Konidienträger entstehen am Kande in feiner Zonung des Fleckens. Hier sind auch mit der. Corynespora melonis (Cooke). 1.
